That was my show.
That was the one show I loved.

I hated Sesame street (to which almost everyone blabs to me about how everyone loved Sesame street.)

But Mister Rogers was my favorite.
I think it's because he did try and talk to kids like they were more than mindless fools on his show.

Something about a big obnoxious yellow bird pissed me off as a child.
