NOTOCON VII: the seventh biennial National Ordo Templi Orientis Conference
August 7-9th, 2009 EV ~ Seattle, WA
Why "snapshots", you ask? Because that's all this journal really is. Little snapshots of my life as I continue to bloom freely, finding and doing my True Will.
I'll get the basics out of the way. I'm 32, redheaded, curvy (a little too convex in some spots where I'd rather be concave), and polyamorous.
Onto the list of everything else that I am!
-an English major (UW....go Huskies!)
-a Virgo in far too many ways.
-a novice priestess.
-a not-so-novice kisser :-)
-a kitty mama
-an calm-appearing person who is still known to get stabbity when pushed too far.
-handy with a needle and thread when it comes to making pretty things, less handy when it comes to more practical sewing.
Sometimes I write random stuff, sometimes not so random. That's about as far as I go as far as descriptions. I didn't have any real intent in mind when I started this journal back in 2003. I needed a place to write and vent a little. Then it grew...and grew.
I'm currently in the process of making various filters for my LJ. Right now other than private filters I have an OTO filter (currently rarely used) which includes folks minerval and up. I don't really anticipate writing a great deal in it other than "I just took my next initation!". For all practical purposes it is tyled to Minerval.
I may make other filters...not sure. Most people reading this already know I'm poly so I see no point in creating a separate filter for those who might be offended at the idea of "OMG she's dating someone other than her boyfriend!".
